How do I make a reservation?

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Our cancellation and modification policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring vehicle availability. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we recommend doing so at least 48 hours before your rental date. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance typically incur no fees, while those made within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee. For modifications, such as changing the rental date or vehicle type, adjustments are allowed based on availability and may affect the rental rate. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to full charges. We encourage early communication to help accommodate any changes to your booking.

The deposit amount will vary depending on the vehicle, but it is fully refundable upon the safe return of the car in the same condition it was rented. It typically takes a few business days after the vehicle is returned for the hold to be released, depending on your bank.
