To rent an exotic vehicle, you must present a valid, unexpired driver’s license at the time of pick-up. The license should be in good standing, with no suspensions or major violations in recent years. For international renters, many companies require an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to the license from your home country. Some rental companies may also conduct a driving record check to ensure you meet their safety criteria, particularly for high-performance or luxury vehicles. It’s important that the license matches the name on the rental agreement and any associated payment method.
When renting an exotic vehicle, insurance coverage is crucial to protect both the renter and the vehicle. Renters must provide proof of their own auto insurance, which must cover high-value vehicles. If your personal policy does not offer sufficient coverage, or you don’t have one, you can typically purchase supplemental insurance directly from the rental company. Options may include collision damage waivers (CDW), liability coverage, and personal accident insurance. These coverages help reduce your financial responsibility in case of damage, theft, or an accident. It’s important to review the terms of the insurance and understand any deductibles or exclusions that may apply, especially with high-performance cars.
We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to make your exotic vehicle rental experience as seamless as possible. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted and are the preferred method for securing rentals, as they allow for a quick security deposit hold. While some debit cards are also accepted, they may require additional documentation such as proof of insurance and identification, and a higher security deposit may be placed on the account. In some cases, you may also be able to pay via bank transfer or certified checks, but these options typically need to be arranged in advance. Please note that cash payments are generally not accepted for security reasons.

To rent an exotic vehicle, you typically need to be at least 25 years old. This age requirement is in place due to the higher value and performance of these vehicles, as well as insurance regulations. However, exceptions may be for drivers as young as 21, but additional fees or restrictions may apply. Be sure to check the specific age requirements for the vehicle you’re interested in, and keep in mind that younger renters may be subject to a higher security deposit or added insurance costs.
